ABOUT YOU
Must have QTS
Must have a love of developing children in the early years foundation stage (EYFS)
Ideally will have experience in early years foundation stage EYFS/nursery/reception
Will have a child-focused approach to education and hold a genuine belief in the potential of every child
Recognise the importance of fostering emotional, social, moral and spiritual development
Be able to encourage children to be self-aware and reflective
