Customer Service Associate / Reception, £28K

Workng pattern: 5 days out of 7, 40 hours a week

We're looking for a Customer Service Associate to join this vibrant team. In this role, you'll be at the heart of daily operations, ensuring residents enjoy an outstanding living experience from move-in to move-out.

No two days are the same. One moment you'll be welcoming residents and hosting community events, the next you'll be supporting property operations, coordinating maintenance requests, conducting viewings, and helping drive occupancy through sales and marketing activities.

What You'll Be Doing

Delivering exceptional front-of-house customer service
Building strong relationships with residents, university partners, and local stakeholders
Responding to enquiries and resolving issues with professionalism and empathy
Supporting resident events and creating a welcoming community atmosphere
 Managing tenancy administration, maintenance requests, and resident communications
Conducting property viewings and converting enquiries into bookings
Assisting with move-ins, move-outs, and seasonal peak periods
Supporting rent collection activities and promoting tenancy renewals
Maintaining health & safety standards and ensuring compliance procedures are followed
Contributing to the overall success, occupancy, and resident satisfaction of the property
What We're Looking For

Proven experience in a customer-facing role
Outstanding customer service and communication skills
A proactive, positive, and solutions-focused attitude
Strong organisation skills with the ability to multitask and prioritise
Confidence using Microsoft Office and database systems
Ability to work independently while being a supportive team player
Flexible, adaptable, and comfortable in a dynamic environment
A genuine passion for creating exceptional customer experiences
