We are supporting a contemporary professional commercial services firm! You will offer essential support services in a vibrant office setting. * Salary: £23,000-£24,500.00 depending on experience.

* 37.5 hours per week but flexible working around core hours 9:00 am – 5:30pm Monday – Friday

Key Responsibilities:

* Reception - Greeting clients and assisting with queries, diary management, booking rooms, and organising meeting rooms.

* Provide administration support to the Director and Managers (Accountants)

* Company Secretarial services

* Preparing client documentation and correspondence

* Receiving records and signed accounts/tax returns etc. from clients and booking in

* Maintaining Stationery, company literature and printer consumables stock and ordering.

* Debt collection to assist Credit Controller

* General admin tasks – typing, photocopying, scanning.

* Any other duties as they arise.

Skills, Knowledge and Experience:

* Intermediate MS Office skills (specifically Outlook, Word, Excel) - essential

* Previous experience in a similar role or professional practice in a fast-paced environment.

* Excellent client service skills and telephone manners.

* Professional presentation and manner with a friendly and approachable personality

* Excellent communication demonstrating an effective style of communication and collaboration, both verbally and in writing

* Interpersonal skills; the ability to build client relationships with a foundation of trust and responsibility.

* Self-motivated and passionate about what they do and is willing to learn.
