A Legal 500 award-winning law firm is currently recruiting for a Real Estate Development Solicitor/Legal Executive for their Southampton office. This is a permanent position with the opportunity for some remote working.
This firm is seeking an experienced lawyer with 3 to 6 years PQE in real estate development transactions. The successful candidate will have a proven track record and extensive technical knowledge in this area. In addition, excellent communication, organisational, and IT skills are essential for this role. The ability to draught and negotiate a variety of real estate development documents is also required.

In return for your expertise and commitment to putting clients and colleagues first, this company offers a competitive salary ranging from £55,000 to £65,000 per year dependent on experience.
