Job Description:
As a Reach Truck Driver, you will play a vital role in the efficient operation of our warehouse. You will be responsible for moving goods and materials to various locations within the warehouse, ensuring that all products are stored safely and accurately.
Key Responsibilities:
Operating Reach Trucks: Safely operate reach trucks to move goods within the warehouse.
Loading and Unloading: Assist with the loading and unloading of deliveries and shipments.
Inventory Management: Help maintain accurate inventory records and perform regular stock checks.
Order Picking: Efficiently pick and prepare orders for dispatch according to company procedures.
Safety Compliance: Adhere to all health and safety regulations, ensuring a safe working environment.
General Warehouse Duties: Assist with other warehouse tasks as needed, including housekeeping and maintenance.
Requirements:
Experience: Previous experience operating reach trucks in a warehouse environment.
Certification: Valid reach truck license is required.
Skills: Strong attention to detail and excellent spatial awareness.
Physical Fitness: Ability to lift and move heavy items as needed.
Reliability: Punctual and dependable with a strong work ethic.
Team Player: Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
