Are you a Sentinel Coordinator / Compliance Manager with experience managing Sentinel compliance and workforce fatigue within the rail or construction sector?
Job Title: Sentinel Coordinator
Location: Coventry - full remote working available
Salary: £28,000 - £32,000 per annum
Position: Permanent or Contract
Start Date: ASAP
Looking for an opportunity where you can take ownership of workforce compliance and play a key role in supporting the safe delivery of major infrastructure projects?
This is an opportunity to join a growing infrastructure business as a Sentinel Coordinator, supporting the management of workforce compliance, Sentinel administration, and fatigue monitoring across multiple projects.
This role would suit someone with experience in Sentinel coordination, compliance administration, or workforce planning who is looking to develop their career within a supportive and growing business.
Where you will add value:
- Managing Sentinel compliance and workforce records
- Monitoring fatigue and working time compliance across operational teams
- Coordinating training, competencies, and certification renewals
- Supporting workforce planning and deployment activities
- Maintaining accurate compliance documentation and reporting
- Assisting with audits and continuous improvement initiatives
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Experience in Sentinel coordination, compliance, or workforce administration
- Understanding of fatigue management within a rail, infrastructure, or construction environment
- Experience managing competencies, training records, and workforce compliance
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work across multiple stakeholders and departments
- Knowledge of Network Rail, Sentinel, RISQS, or similar industry standards
Desirable:
- Experience supporting RISQS audits
- Knowledge of Working Time Regulations and ROGS
- IOSH qualification or similar health and safety accreditation
- Experience using workforce management or fatigue management systems
