Strong background in strategic procurement, ideally across major works or services
Experience delivering high-value and complex procurements
Strong knowledge of public procurement regulations, particularly Utilities Regulations
Excellent stakeholder management skills with experience influencing senior stakeholders

Previous people management or team development experience
Experience delivering complex frameworks and major project procurements
Package
75% discounted rail travel
Excellent pension, including defined benefit pension after 5 years
