RAC Engineer (Refrigeration & Air Conditioning)
Guildford | £48,000 DOE + Van + Fuel Card + Excellent Benefits

We're recruiting for an experienced RAC Engineer to join a well-established and growing team covering Guildford and surroundnig area. If you're skilled in commercial refrigeration and air conditioning maintenance, fault finding, and repairs, this is an excellent opportunity to secure a long-term permanent position with a strong package and low call-out commitment.
The Role
As a RAC Engineer, you'll be responsible for:
✅ Planned preventative maintenance (PPM)
✅ Reactive repairs and breakdown attendance
✅ Fault finding and diagnostics on commercial RAC systems
✅ Component and parts replacement
✅ Brazing and pipework repairs
✅ Ensuring works are completed safely and to a high standard
✅ Delivering excellent customer service across commercial sites
This role is primarily based across Guildford, with only occasional travel further afield when required.
What We're Looking For
Essential:
✔ NVQ Level 2 in Refrigeration & Air Conditioning (minimum)
✔ F-Gas Category 1 Certification
✔ Installation, Service & Repair Qualification
✔ Proven experience working on commercial refrigeration and air conditioning systems
✔ Strong fault-finding and diagnostic skills
✔ Full UK Driving Licence
Desirable:
⭐ NVQ Level 3
⭐ IPAF
⭐ PASMA
