Quotations & Sales Executive ( Polish Speaker ) Needed !!
My client is looking for a commercially driven professional to join our Polish Team at Senior Executive level. You will own a portfolio of Polish and European travel trade accounts ,building partnerships, converting enquiries into bookings, and growing revenue through outstanding service and product knowledge.
This is a dual role, part account manager, part quotations specialist. You will be the primary commercial contact for Polish-speaking clients, responsible for the full sales cycle from first enquiry to confirmed booking.
Manage and develop a portfolio of Polish and European trade accounts as primary point of contact.
Prepare accurate, competitive group and individual quotations covering accommodation, transport, guided tours, meals and ancillaries.
Design creative itineraries for UK and European destinations tailored to Polish market preferences.
Upsell added-value services to maximise revenue per booking.
Follow up open quotes, negotiate rates and convert enquiries to confirmed bookings.
Identify and convert new account opportunities through market knowledge and referrals.
Liaise with hotels, transport operators and attraction partners to confirm availability and rates.
Maintain accurate pipeline and account records in our systems.
Provide market intelligence and client feedback to support product development.
Essential:
Minimum 3 years in a travel sales, quotations or account management role.
Fluency in Polish (native or near-native) and strong written/spoken English both essential.
Proven experience producing detailed travel quotations and itineraries.
Strong commercial acumen and understanding of travel margins and pricing.
Highly organised, deadline-driven, and able to manage a high volume of concurrent enquiries.
Proficient in Microsoft Office; experience with CRM or booking/reservation systems.
