Our client is a leading a highly reputable high-end residential and commercial contractor who work on some of the most prestigious luxury projects across London.
 
Several highly prestigious projects have started within a 20-mile radius of London. These projects consist of super prime developments of values at approximately £1.5M to £3.5M. These projects are on behalf of extremely high net-worth individuals.
 
Our client is one of the most modern, forward thinking high-end residential contractors in the UK focusing on their internal collaborative approach and their reputation is growing year on year.

The role of the Quantity Surveyor:  
 
Reporting into the Senior Quantity Surveyor, your responsibilities will include, but not be limited to:

Overall responsibility for the delivery of the project
Calculate all the prime costs on developments within the business.
Deal with valuations & payment notices
Provide a detailed cost budget plan and share with the site team
Maintain schedules of quantities and price them for the prime cost budget.
Prepare estimates of all costs including sub-contractors & materials.
Exposure to contract manager duties to gain a detailed understanding of all projects To be successful as a Quantity Surveyor, you will need to possess the following:

3+ years’ experience working with a High-End refurbishment contractor
Experience working on JCT Contracts
Degree in Quantity Surveying or similar
