Description:

We are seeking an experienced Consultant Quantity Surveyor to support one of our top clients Northern Region on a freelance basis. This is a predominantly remote role, making it ideal for a self-motivated individual who can effectively manage their own workload while meeting project deadlines.

The successful candidate will have at least 5 years' experience within the civil engineering sector, a Quantity Surveying degree (or equivalent), and a strong working knowledge of NEC contract forms.

Key Responsibilities:

* Assist with the pricing and agreement of compensation events.

* Prepare and support commercial reporting.

* Place, manage, and administer subcontract packages.

* Manage subcontractor accounts throughout the project lifecycle.

* Ensure commercial activities are delivered accurately and within agreed timescales.
