My client, a leader in the construction industry, is seeking a dedicated and experienced Quantity Surveyor to join our team for a major £12 million industrial project in Horsham.

Role Overview: As a Quantity Surveyor, you will play a crucial role in managing the financial aspects of our £12 million industrial project in Horsham. This role offers significant flexibility, including opportunities to work from home, allowing you to balance your professional and personal life effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
Conducting feasibility studies and cost estimates
Preparing, negotiating, and analyzing tenders and contracts
Managing project budgets and advising on cost management
Conducting risk and value management assessments
Overseeing financial progress and providing accurate reports
Liaising with clients, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution
Ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations
Qualifications:
A day release or undertaking a Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or a related field
Proven experience as an Intermediate Quantity Surveyor in the construction industry
Excellent analytical, numerical, and problem-solving skills
Strong communication and negotiation abilities
Ability to work effectively in a team and manage multiple tasks
