Quantity Surveyor – Data Centre Projects | Europe

Location: Multiple locations across Europe

Due to continued growth, a leading international engineering contractor is looking to appoint a Quantity Surveyor to support a major Data Centre project in Europe.

This is an excellent opportunity to join a business delivering some of the continent's largest mission-critical developments.

Quantity Surveyor Responsibilities

*

Cost management and reporting.

*

Contract administration.

*

Procurement support.

*

Valuations and variations.

*

Commercial reporting.

*

Working closely with project delivery teams.

Quantity Surveyor Requirements

*

Degree qualified in Quantity Surveying or equivalent.

*

Previous construction experience.

*

Data Centre or major MEP projects preferred.

*

Strong commercial awareness.

*

Excellent communication skills.
