Quantity Surveyor or Senior Quantity Surveyor
Civil Engineering & Groundworks packages
PERMANENT Salary £50,000 - £80,000 + Package
Quantity Surveyor or Senior Quantity Surveyor needed to manage the cost controls and cost reporting 1 - 3 civil engineering and groundworks projects, each valued at circa £1m - £6m
Quantity Surveyor should be self sufficient and be able to manage their own workload
and responsibilities. A mixture of site based and office working
* Sites are within generally 30 miles of the Worcester areas
* Reporting to Commercial Director
* Working for a very established business with a healthy order book and forward works
* All clients are large blue chip construction organisations
Duties:
* Project Commercial Management
* On site measurement, valuations and variations
* Building client relationships
* Monthly cost value reconciliations
* Final account preparations
* Negotiating
