Our client, a residential property developer, is seeking experienced and detail-oriented Freelance Quantity Surveyors to join their dynamic team. As a Quantity Surveyor, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that construction projects are completed within budget, and to the highest standards of quality. Key Responsibilities:

* Prepare and analyse cost estimates and budgets for residential construction projects.

* Conduct feasibility studies and risk assessments.

Requirements:
