Description:
A Bolton-based Chartered Quantity Surveying Consultancy is looking to appoint a well-rounded Quantity Surveyor to support its growing workload following the successful acquisition of several new projects.
The Quantity Surveyors Role
The successful Quantity Surveyor will join an experienced and diverse team, working across a varied portfolio of projects within the retail, industrial, residential and healthcare sectors.
The role will offer the opportunity to take responsibility for delivering a full range of cost management services across both pre and post-contract stages. This will include cost planning, contract administration, procurement and maintaining strong client relationships.
The Quantity Surveyor
Completed a Quantity Surveying degree or similar
4+ years Quantity Surveying experience
Ideally worked within a PQS / Consultancy practice
Good pre contract knowledge
Keen to achieve MRICS (if not chartered already)
Good communication skillsIn Return?
