Description:
This is an excellent opportunity to join an established and expanding specialist division, working on major commercial developments across Central London, with individual project packages valued at approximately £5m–£10m.
You will take commercial responsibility for specialist BMS/ELVS packages, managing projects from pre-construction and procurement through to delivery, commercial reporting and final account settlement.
The position is predominantly office-based, five days per week, with occasional site visits as required.
Key Responsibilities

Take commercial responsibility for BMS/ELVS packages from pre-construction through to final account.

Manage subcontractor procurement, tender analysis, negotiations and appointments.
*
Prepare and manage Cost Value Reconciliations (CVRs).
*
Undertake cost forecasting, budgeting and financial performance reviews.
*
Identify, value and negotiate variations, change control and additional works.
*
Manage subcontractor accounts, applications for payment and commercial assessments.
*
Administer contracts and ensure contractual obligations are met.
*
Monitor project expenditure, cash flow and financial commitments.
*
Identify and manage commercial risks and opportunities.
*
Work closely with project managers, engineers and operational teams.
*
Protect project margins and maximise commercial performance.
*
Manage the preparation, negotiation and agreement of final accounts.
SALARY - £50,000–£70,000

Annual Leave: 25 days plus Bank Holidays, with the option to purchase up to 5 additional days per year.
