Duties of the Quantity Surveyor will include:
* Manage all costs relating to projects including reporting
* Assisting estimating where required.
* Reviewing contracts and preparing contract documents.
* Understanding and knowledge of types of contracts and conditions
* Sub contract ordering
* Preparing interim valuations / final accounts
