Quantity Surveyor – High-End Residential
We are seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor with a strong background in high-end residential construction to join our client's commercial team.
Fully employed or Freelance - Optional
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage tender enquiries and analyse subcontractor quotations.
* Procure and manage subcontract packages.
* Prepare and certify subcontractor payments.
* Manage variations, valuations, CVRs, and cost reporting.
* Prepare and agree final accounts with both subcontractors and clients.
* Produce accurate cost analysis and commercial reports throughout the project lifecycle.
Requirements:
* Proven Quantity Surveying experience within the high-end residential sector.
* Strong network of subcontractor contacts.
* Excellent commercial and negotiation skills.
* Relevant Quantity Surveying qualification (HNC/HND/Degree or equivalent)
