SOUTH LONDON
Salary: Up to £70,000 + Car Allowance + Travel + Bonus
Skilled Careers are currently recruiting for a Quantity Surveyor to join the Special Projects division of an established Main Contractor, working on an exciting fire cladding replacement project in South London.
This is a great opportunity for a commercially driven Quantity Surveyor who wants to work on a specialist project while joining a business that offers genuine long-term career progression.

Quantity Surveyor position within a growing Special Projects division
South London-based project
Major fire cladding replacement/remediation scheme
Work closely with the project and commercial teams
Strong exposure to specialist refurbishment and remediation works

About You
I’m keen to speak with Quantity Surveyors who have experience working for a Main Contractor, ideally with a background in:
Refurbishment / fit-out
Cladding / façade / remediation
Specialist projects
Commercial management
Subcontractor procurement and management
Valuations, variations, cost control and final accounts
You don't necessarily need to have worked specifically on cladding remediation — strong Main Contractor QS experience and the right commercial mindset are key.
