Significant experience as a QS or in change management on major infrastructure or complex projects
Civils and/or M&E experience
Strong knowledge of NEC contracts, particularly compensation events
Ability to interpret designs, scope documents and technical reports
Confident negotiator with strong stakeholder management skills
Desirable: Heathrow, airport or major infrastructure experience, and MRICS, MCIOB or equivalent
If you're a commercially astute QS who is comfortable in technical environments and understands how design drives cost and programme, we'd love to hear from you.
