Additionally, they undertake projects in specialised areas such as bridges, football stadiums, aircraft hangars, and waste management facilities.
Job Title: Quantity Surveyor
Location: Tonbridge (with occasional travel to sites throughout the UK)
Contract Type: Full Time Permanent ( Hybrid)
Start Date: Immediate

Responsibilities:
Manage all aspects of the cost control process for construction projects, with a focus on cladding and facades.
Prepare bills of quantities and schedules of works for pricing projects.
Identify issues early in the project life cycle.
Understand conditions of contract (JCT, NEC & bespoke arrangements).
Collaborate with site managers, quantity surveyors, and the design team.Requirements:
Third-level qualification in Quantity Surveying or equivalent experience.
Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor within the construction industry, preferably with a focus on facades and cladding projects.
Knowledge of labour, plant, and material resources, including rates and outputs.
Technical understanding of aluminium/curtain walling and different cladding systems.Package:
Negotiable salary based on experience
