Quantity Surveyor

£50,000 – £60,000 + package

I’m working with an established contractor who are looking to bring an experienced Quantity Surveyor into their commercial team in Stockport.

The role will focus on projects within the Water sector, with United Utilities experience highly beneficial. You’ll take responsibility across live projects, working across both pre and post contract commercial activities.

The opportunity:

• Water sector projects
• United Utilities experience preferred
• NEC4 Option A & E
• Preparing valuations and forecasts to completion
• Managing live projects and commercial documentation
• Preparing quotes, assessments and notifications
• Subcontract preparation and management
• Estimating or programming experience would be beneficial
• £50,000 – £60,000 + package, depending on experience

Looking for an experienced QS with a background in water, utilities or civil engineering, who is confident managing the commercial side of live projects and has experience working with NEC contracts.
