Location: Immingham
Salary: £50k -£65k + package, depending on experience

I'm currently recruiting for a Quantity Surveyor to join the commercial team of an established civil engineering and infrastructure contractor working on a major project in Immingham.

This is a great opportunity for a Quantity Surveyor looking to develop their commercial experience while working alongside an experienced project and commercial team.

The role will involve:

Supporting the commercial management of the project
Cost reporting and forecasting
Subcontractor management
Procurement and package management
Applications and valuations
Managing variations and change
Assisting with final accounts
Identifying commercial risks and opportunitiesThe ideal candidate will have:

Quantity Surveying experience within civils or infrastructure
NEC experience
Good commercial awareness
Experience dealing with subcontractors
Strong communication and organisational skills
