Are you an ambitious Quantity Surveyor looking for more than just another consultancy role?
We're working with a progressive and expanding construction consultancy that is doing things differently. Alongside delivering traditional client-side quantity surveying services, they are also developing projects in their own right, giving their team the opportunity to gain exposure from multiple perspectives across the development and construction lifecycle.

The Role
You'll work alongside experienced Directors and Senior Quantity Surveyors across a varied portfolio of projects, gaining hands-on experience in both consultancy and developer-led schemes. No two projects are the same, offering excellent exposure and the chance to build a well-rounded skillset.
You'll be involved in:
* Cost planning and estimating
* Procurement and tender management
* Contract administration
* Cost reporting and valuations
* Managing project budgets from inception through to completion
* Supporting both client-side consultancy commissions and developer-led projects
About You
We're looking for someone who:
* Has 2-5 years' Quantity Surveying experience
* Holds a degree in Quantity Surveying or a related discipline
* Is keen to continue developing both technically and professionally
* Enjoys working collaboratively within a close-knit team
* Has excellent communication and organisational skills
* Is working towards, or interested in pursuing, professional accreditation
