The Quantity Surveyor Role

The successful Quantity Surveyor will join a market leading consultancy with 5 offices nationwide and over 240 professionals operating across these offices.

The successful Quantity Surveyor will become part of a market-leading consultancy that boasts five offices nationwide and a team of over 240 professionals. The Manchester team, currently 12 strong, is poised for significant growth this year, aiming to expand to 20 Quantity Surveyors, driven by a highly successful year and an exciting project pipeline.

As the new Quantity Surveyor, you will engage in a diverse array of projects up to £100m across sectors including Education, Health, Heritage, Hotel & Leisure, Industrial, Residential, Retail, and Commercial Office.

This varied project exposure, coupled with the company's impressive Internal APC Programme, provides the perfect environment for a driven Quantity Surveyor eager to achieve Chartership and rapidly progress to a Senior QS role.

A RICS Accredited degree qualification
MRICS ideally or currently working towards
Pre & Post contract experience
Previous Quantity Surveying experience with a UK Consultancy
Valid UK Driving LicenseIn Return?

£35,000 - £45,000
