Excellent opportunity for an ambitious Quantity Surveyor with NEC experience to work on the UK's most prominent nuclear power project with a reputable company in a role with fantastic progression routes, training opportunities and steady work flow alongside a generous salary and package.

This well established company specialise in offering a variety of services to the utilities and infrastructure industries predominantly across the South West but operate nationwide. They are looking to continue operating in the nuclear industry with future work secured on Sizewell C as well as local projects to the South West. Now they are looking to take on a Quantity Surveyor to support on Hinkley Point C and future projects following completion.

In this role you will be office and site based at Hinkley Point C in Somerset and will be responsible for operating on all aspects within the non-core commercial department. You will be responsible for supporting project managers with commercial advice, managing relationships with clients, completing monthly CVR reports, completing forecasts, supply chain management including NEC3 contracts, dealing with applications and invoicing and attending site meetings.

The ideal candidate for this role will need to have NEC3 contract knowledge and experience, as well as strong commercial acumen, concise communication skills and strong attention to detail. You will also need to be willing and eager to progress and learn as there is direct career progression routes within the company and the chance to upskill quickly and effective on any training required.
