Description:

Our client, a well-established main contractor, is recruiting for 1-2 Quantity Surveyors to support their upcoming £90 million scheme in South Wales – immediate mobilisation!

The Role: You will work within a dynamic commercial team on this flagship project, handling day-to-day QS responsibilities with opportunities for rapid development.

Key Responsibilities:

Measurement, valuation, and cost control
Subcontractor administration and payments
Change management and variations
Assisting with cost reporting and forecasting

Requirements:

Proven QS experience in construction (main contracting preferred)
Good understanding of standard forms of contract
Strong numerical and analytical skills
Degree/HNC in Quantity Surveying or related field
