QUANTITY SURVEYOR
BRISTOL
SALARY £40K - £60K
Our client is a leading Civil Engineering Contractor, with history of the successful delivery of water and wastewater infrastructure projects. They are recruiting now for a project-level QS with 4+ years of experience minimum to work within their commercial team deliver projects from £1m - £15m. Working closely with the Senior QS and Commercial Manager and being based out of their Bristol office, the QS should have experience of using NEC3/4 contracts.
This is an exciting opportunity for a commercially astute QS with 4+ years of experience to manage their own projects with minimal supervision and to continue to grow the and develop their QS career.
Responsibilities:
* Valuations
* Cost planning & change control
* Subcontractor payments
* Remeasurements
* CVR’s
* Monthly commercial forecasting/reporting
* Cash flow & progress reporting
* Final accounts and audits
Skills & qualifications:
* BEng/HNC in Quantity Surveying or by experience
* A background in civil engineering and/or water & wastewater
* Good working knowledge and understanding of NEC3/4 contracts
