What You'll Be Doing:
Managing valuations, cost reporting, forecasts and applications for payment
Monitoring project budgets, variations and commercial performance
Supporting procurement and subcontractor management
Administering JCT contracts and assisting with final accounts
Working closely with project, design, and site teams to drive commercial success
Building strong relationships with clients, consultants and suppliers
General Experience Required:
Proven QS experience within main contractror in the high-end fit out sector
Strong knowledge of JCT contracts
Experience with valuations, variations and cost control
Excellent communication, negotiation and organisational skills
Degree qualified in Quantity Surveying or a related discipline
Commercially aware, proactive and detail-focused
Essex based preferred
