Description:
The Company
We’re working with one of the North West’s best-known Fit-Out contractors, a business with a strong reputation for delivering high-profile leisure & hospitality schemes. They’ve got a great mix of projects on the go and work with some really impressive clients, with most of their work coming from repeat business. That says a lot about the quality of the work they deliver and, importantly, the relationships they build along the way.
The Role
We’re looking for a Quantity Surveyor on an ongoing basis to join an established Commercial team, working on a range of exciting projects across the UK.
Reporting to an experienced Commercial Manager, you’ll work closely with the commercial, operations and technical teams to keep projects running smoothly and commercially on track.
We’re looking for someone who can hit the ground running, manage their own workload and get involved from day one.
Key Responsibilities
Managing the commercial and contractual side of projects.
Monitoring costs, cash flow, profitability and risks.
Preparing monthly cost reports and valuations.
Managing variations and final accounts.
Working closely with the site and Contracts Management teams.
Building strong relationships with clients, subcontractors and the wider project team.
What’s on Offer
Attractive rates and the prospect of long-term work
The opportunity to work with a successful, financially strong contractor in a supportive team.
The chance to work on exciting, high-profile projects nationwide.
A role where you’ll be given responsibility and the opportunity to make an impact.
