Description:

An established UK construction and project delivery contractor is seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor to support the commercial delivery of new-build, refurbishment and fit-out projects, including work within complex and regulated environments.
Key Responsibilities:
*
Commercial management from tender through to final account
*
Cost control, forecasting and monthly reporting
*
Subcontract procurement, valuations and change control
*
Managing variations and agreeing final accounts
*
Supporting project teams to deliver on time and within budget
Requirements:
*
Qualification in Quantity Surveying or similar
*
Experience within construction or infrastructure projects
*
Working knowledge of NEC and/or JCT contracts
*
Strong commercial and communication skills
*
Full UK driving licence
