Quantity Surveyor | Home Based with one visit to office per week | 6-months with potential for extension | £400 per day inside IR35

The post :

* Experienced Quantity Surveyor (or procurement professional) with a strong background in local authority and public sector projects.
* Proven ability in delivering pre-contract and procurement activities.
* Sound knowledge of the Public Procurement Act 2023 and public sector procurement compliance requirements.
* Experienced in tender evaluation, commercial assessments and preparation contract documentation.
* Strong understanding of governance, risk management and value-for-money principles.
* Effective stakeholder manager, working collaboratively with project teams, consultants and contractors.
* Able to provide immediate commercial support to ensure efficient and compliant project delivery.

Predominately remote role , with occasion visits to the office.
