Quantity Surveyor
Quantity Surveyor with Civils/Groundworks required for an Essex Main Contractor. The successful Quantity Surveyor will be working amongst an experienced commercial team, working closely with the Construction Director. The role will suit a Quantity Surveyor who is able to work autonomously and manage jobs of groundworks/civils nature through to practical completion with no serious guidance needed. A Quantity Surveyor who has experience managing groundworks/civils schemes for main contractors from pre-construction through to final account would be ideal but not essential. Projects for this business are typically new build residential, ranging from 2/3/4 bed traditional built houses to multi storey apartment blocks. All projects are situated in the Essex region.
Quantity Surveyors will be taken on a PAYE or Ltd company basis dependant on preference.
The Quantity Surveyor will be based out of the Chelmsford office.
