Description:

A close knit PQS Consultancy is seeking an independent and confident Quantity Surveyor to join their office in Oxford.

The Quantity Surveyor's role

The Quantity Surveyor will be gifted the autonomy to run the projects on their own from pre-contract to post.

The successful Quantity Surveyor will be working on a diverse range of project sectors including churches, heritage, leisure, residential and healthcare.

The Quantity Surveyor

Quantity Surveying degree (or RICS accredited)
MRICS
PQS consultancy experience minimum 3 years
Car and driver's license
Pre and post contract experienceIn Return?

£40,000 - £50,000
