A leading international main contractor is seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join the commercial team on a landmark £250m mixed-use development in Central London.

The Role:
Join the commercial team on a £250m major mixed-use development
Manage commercial and contractual responsibilities across a significant package of works
Work closely with project delivery teams, subcontractors, consultants and senior stakeholders
Support procurement, cost management, valuations, variations, payments and final accounts
Contribute to the successful commercial delivery of a complex, high-value Central London scheme
The Ideal Candidate:
Experience working for a main contractor
Strong background in major construction, commercial, residential or mixed-use developments
Experience managing subcontract packages from procurement through to final account
Strong understanding of commercial and contractual processes
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Ambitious and keen to develop within a market-leading construction business
