The Role
We are actively recruiting a Quantity Surveyor with experience working on projects using either JCT and/or NEC 3/4 contracts. The successful Quantity Surveyor will have the opportunity to take ownership of clients and deliver projects across a variety of sectors. This role offers an excellent opportunity for someone seeking a varied and engaging position with significant responsibility.
The ideal candidate will have:
A degree in Quantity Surveying or similar
A minimum of 3 years’ experience in a Quantity Surveying role, ideally consultancy-side
Proven experience managing projects independently
Excellent communication and client-facing skills
MRICS accreditation or be actively working towards completing their APC
