Description:

The Commercial Quantity Surveyor is responsible for protecting and enhancing the commercial performance of allocated projects from pre-construction through to final account.

The role is accountable for ensuring robust commercial management, contractual compliance, accurate forecasting, effective change control and the protection of project margin and cashflow throughout the project lifecycle.

Working closely with Operations, Estimating, Procurement and Finance teams, the Commercial Quantity Surveyor plays a key role in ensuring projects are commercially controlled, risks are effectively managed and contractual opportunities are maximised.
