açades Quantity Surveyor - Salary up to £80,000
We are looking for a hungry, hands-on Quantity Surveyor with strong façades experience to join the team.
The ideal candidate will have a proven background in façades, with experience working as a Façades Quantity Surveyor and, ideally, having come from a specialist façades contractor rather than a generalist construction background.
We're looking for someone who is commercially driven, proactive and hands-on, with a genuine understanding of façade packages, subcontractors, procurement, valuations, variations and commercial management.
Key requirements:
Strong façades experience is essential
Proven experience as a Façades Quantity Surveyor
Ideally from a specialist façades contractor background
Hungry, ambitious and commercially driven
Hands-on approach with the ability to get involved in the detail
Strong understanding of façade packages and subcontractor management
Excellent commercial and negotiation skillsSalary: up to £80,000, depending on experience
