A renowned, market leading Construction & Property Consultancy in Birmingham is seeking a professional Quantity Surveyor, with Employers Agent experience, to join their team.

The Quantity Surveyor Role

The successful Quantity Surveyor will be stepping into a vibrant environment, joining the company's Hotels and Leisure team. This team prides itself on delivering high-quality cost consultancy services, and you will play a crucial role in driving the success of new build and refurbishment projects for a prominent Hotel chain.

As the Quantity Surveyor, your day to day activities will include managing estimating and cost planning activities, applying value management techniques, liaising with clients and design teams while monitoring the progress on site, attending site meetings, issuing variations and cost reporting.

Previous Quantity Surveying experience within a UK Consultancy
RICS Accredited Degree Qualification
Pre & Post Contract Experience
MRICS or currently working towards APC
Experience working on Hotel or Leisure schemes / the desire to do so moving forward
Employers Agent or Project Management experienceIn Return?
