Long term freelance opportunity for a Quantity Surveyor in Cambridge paying a competitive day rate.
A Design Manager opportunity to work with a well known tier 1 developer, on a large new build residential scheme.
Fawkes and Reece are currently assisting a reputable developer in their search for a Quantity Surveyor to join their Surveying team. This is an opportunity to be based within on site, with some remote working as well as attending the office. As Quantity Surveyor, you will benefit from working with the existing Surveying team and have full support from a Commercial Director.
Our client works on large schemes usually £50M+. For this role you must have previous developer or main contracting experience, building residential projects.
For this role, our client Is looking to pay a competitive day rate with a guarantee 6 months plus contract of work.
