Job Title: Quantity Surveyor
Location: Sunderland/Newcastle
Day Rate: £350 - £425 per day inside IR35
The Company
Our client is an international main contractor within infrastructure across rail, highways, water, construction, and power. With a healthy orderbook of longstanding frameworks, as a Quantity Surveyor you have the opportunity to join an award-winning team in the Northeast region.
The Role
As a Quantity Surveyor, you will initially support on a longstanding framework working on flood alleviation projects for Tyneside, and to support on future projects within water to address the major issue of managing rivers to protect homes and help provide clean drinking water by improving the UK’s struggling waterways from sewage, unnecessary leaks, and pollution.
What You Will Need
You need to be a Quantity Surveyor with experience in NEC contracts from a civil engineering background with the ability to support on several projects at the same time.
