Linear Recruitment are working with a New Build Housing developer located in the Northeast that are looking for an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join the team due to on-going growth.
Role will include but is not limited to:
Tendering
Budgeting
Valuations
Adaptions (where required)
What's required:

Ability to work in a team
Previous Quantity Surveying experience within New Build Housing.
