Are you an experienced Quantity Surveyor with a strong background in Civils and Infrastructure projects? We have an exciting opportunity for you!
Our client, a leading Civils and Infrastructure contractor, is urgently seeking experienced Quantity Surveyors for immediate start on two prominent projects:
They are a leading specialist in the Civils and Infrastructure sector, renowned for delivering high-quality projects across the UK. With a strong commitment to excellence and innovation, they have built a reputation for completing complex projects. Their expertise spans across various sectors including rail, aviation, and telecommunications.
Heathrow Airport Infrastructure Project:
Project Value: £3M framework
Role: Managing costs and contracts on a high-profile infrastructure project
Uxbridge Civils Framework:
Project Value: £500K - £1M per project
Role: Overseeing cost management and contractual obligations on various civil engineering projects
Key Responsibilities:
* Prepare and manage project budgets, cost plans, and valuations.
* Conduct cost analysis and value engineering to ensure cost efficiency.
* Monitor and report on project progress, ensuring compliance with contract terms and conditions.
* Liaise with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure project requirements are met.
* Provide regular financial reports and forecasts to senior management.
Candidate Requirements:
* Proven experience in Civils/Infrastructure projects.
* Background working with Civil and Infrastructure contractors.
* Immediate availability for a start date.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
* Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
