Description:
Our regional main contractor client is looking to employ a Project Quantity Surveyor to join their busy team. The head office is in the West Yorkshire area, however applicants will be considered from anywhere in the East Midlands, Yorkshire, North West or North East regions due to project locations.
Projects range in value from £1m - £8M+ and included new build Industrial and Commercial projects, new build hotels, refurbishment and fitout works, civils works and some heritage projects.
The successful applicant will need to come from a building main contractor background with JCT and D&B experience and will be able to undertake all QS duties including weekly reports, CVR's, package allocation and final accounts with the ability to manage the contract effectively including early warnings and extensions of time.
