Thorn Baker are working with a well established contractor in Hull. Our client have a permanent opportunity for a Quantity Surveyor who can take the commercial lead on projects up to £20M in value. The projects will vary from large new build and refurbishment projects with Local Authorities, Sports and Leisure and Commercial
Being Site and Office based, you will be responsible for the commercial aspect of several projects up to the value of £20M. This will involve;
