Description:
I am looking for a Quantity Surveyor to work on an initial 3 months contract for a local authority in the Nottinghamshire area. As a Quantity Surveyor, you will be responsible for providing the procurement and financial management of housing projects. The role offers a hybrid approach to working, and the scope for extension.
Responsibilities for the Quantity Surveyor
Prepare all necessary documents for the procurement and management of projects
Provide cost monitoring and forecasting in respect to all projects
Carry out monthly financial valuations
Work with Compliance and Capital Manager to prepare feasibility budgets
