A locally based Quantity Surveying practice in Kent is looking to add a Quantity Surveyor to their team, either MRICS or looking for the necessary APC support and practical experience to achieve chartership.
The Quantity Surveyor's role
Carrying out a QS/CA/PM role, the new Quantity Surveyor shall work on high social value projects across healthcare, education, and local authority work.
An ideal opportunity for a Quantity Surveyor looking to take responsibility for your own projects and client relationships, whilst avoiding the London commute.
The Quantity Surveyor
Completed a Quantity Surveying degree or similar
Working towards becoming MRICS
Pre and post contract experience
Worked within a PQS / Cost Consultancy environment
