Description:

Quantity Surveyor - a leading residential developer is searching for a Quantity Surveyor to join their growing commercial team. This is an excellent opportunity for a Quantity Surveyor to work on one of their most exciting and challenging projects in West London. The scheme will be working on a 150 plus unit project with a mixture of town houses and RC Frame flats. 

Duties: 

Carrying out studies of project duration and labor costs

Examining and analyzing material costs

Coordinating supply deliveries

Paying laborers

Giving contractors advice and suggestions on legal and contractual issues

Ensuring building projects remain within budget

Providing cost and material estimates

Drawing up projected budgets
