Description:
Our Client, a Leading main contractor across the Northeast are looking to expand the Commercial Team. Projects include a New Build housing development site for this Role.
Responsibilities of the role:
Ability to compile subcontractor and supplier enquiries.
Have an understanding of estimating both schedules of rates and first principle estimating.
Competent in Review, Analyse and reporting back on subcontractor and supplier returns.
Ability to take off measurements in basic form.
Attend Sites and value subcontractor works.
What we need from you:
Previous New Build housing experience (Essential)
Ability to perform the listed above.
Driving License
HNC/degree level in Quantity Surveying.
